Rotate for extra power

One of the best things that you can do to further the amount of distance that you can hit the golf ball is increase the rotation of the core of the body.

It is this rotation that is directly related to the amount of power that you can product and the amount of clubhead speed that you can generate through impact.

To practise this you can do use a heavy club and really concentrate on stretching as much as possible at the top of the backswing. For really long shots, try and rotate your shoulder past 90 degrees. Click here for more great golf driving tips.
