Even temporary detox diet environments that don’t utilize food are often too difficult for a modern man or woman to maintain in a hard-working or otherwise busy environment. This is why lower tiers of detoxification diets exist, to allow you to tailor the extremity of your detoxification according to how much your body can handle. If no-food diets won’t cut it, consider the raw food diet as a good alternative.
The benefits to a raw food detoxification diet are fairly obvious. You don’t cook away any of the nutrients in your food, and you avoid most of the artificial elements added to processed foods. These simple changes alone can do wonders for cleansing your body of toxins.
