January 10, 2010 on 11:46 pm | By admin | In TravelStaying in hotels can be rather impersonal; it’s so easy to feel more like a number than a name. Thankfully, there are alternatives available nowadays, for business visitors as well as tourists. Serviced apartments provide a far superior choice, and are available in major towns and cities throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. They’re all exceedingly modern and well-appointed, and enjoy levels of comfort that really can’t be found in hotels. It’s so easy to locate the ideal place to stay, whether for the individual or the family. There are several specialist agencies which can find the ideal flat in no time at all. Whether you’re looking for a superb view across the sea or river, or a buzzing, ultra-trendy apartment in the heart of the entertainment district, you’ll be surprised at what a choice you have. Each apartment has all the amenities you’d expect, and they really are a home from home. Fully-fitted kitchens, state of the art audio and visual equipment and comprehensive laundry facilities mean all you need to bring is yourself and your luggage. Even cutlery and crockery are included.Making a choice is so simple; no matter which town or city you’re looking for, you’re bound to find the perfect place. The selection of serviced apartments has to be seen to be believed.
The Coach Hire question my pastor had for me
January 8, 2010 on 2:59 pm | By admin | In TravelLast week the pastor of my church called me at home which was kind of unusual as I didn’t even think he had my phone number to begin with. As it turned out he was planning a trip to a historic church up north and wanted to know about some Coach Hire possibilities. He said that he needed to transport roughly forty people in relative comfort. He also wanted to make sure there were bathroom facilities on board. I told him that I would call my aunt who has arranged these types of things in the past and see what she had to say about it.
Choosing Medellin Apartments For a Business Trip
January 5, 2010 on 4:25 am | By admin | In TravelAfter my sister mentioned to me that she was going to be going to Columbia on an extended business trip and that she was looking for lodging, I offered to help out and find her somewhere to stay. At first I looked at a couple of different hotels and although they were nice I didn’t think that they were going to be suitable for my sister’s trip. Then I started looking at Medellin apartments and after seeing just a few of them I knew that I had found the perfect kind of lodging for my sister to stay at during her trip.
4 Great Tips for Cruising this Season
December 26, 2009 on 8:57 am | By admin | In TravelWho wouldn’t want to go on a nice trip to the Caribbean or Bermuda on a Cruise ship?
1) Have some one dollar bills to tip the baggage handlers and for the room service if you decide to get room service late at night.
2) Save yourself some money by getting a travel cruise discount through the cruise line directly rather than going through a travel agency.
3) The buffets are pretty much endless. When they head off they always have a ton of food just in case they run out so there is no need to rush.
4) Stay away from the gift shop. If you even look through the glass disply outside then you may be tempted to buy.

My trip to Quebec
December 7, 2009 on 1:11 am | By admin | In TravelMy last trip to Canada was to Quebec. It is such a beautiful province. I went to see the fall colors on a guided tour and it was so beautiful. Since there are cheap hotels in canada I was able to extend my trip by a few days and after seeing all of the fall foliage I went to one of the apple farms and harvested some apples to take back home with me. I am sure that the other seasons are just as beautiful in Quebec, but I think that the fall is the best time to go. I know I will go again.
The Quechua Language of Peru
December 2, 2009 on 7:11 pm | By admin | In TravelQuechua is a Native American language spoken in the Andes Mountain Region of South America. It is the most widely spoken indigenous language in all of the Americas with an estimated 7 million speakers. Some Quechua speakers call it “runa simi”, or people speech. It is estimated that the Quechua language first began to spread across the Andes region sometime between 500 B.C. and 1000 A.D. When the Incas began to grow their empire across this region, they chose Quechua as their official language for administrative purposes. Today Quechua is one of the official languages of both Peru and Bolivia. Because there is very little written material in Quechua, it remains a mostly oral language.
