Successful Low Cost Direct Marketing

I have worked with the sales and marketing division where I assisted in the creation of postcard printing direct mailers that targeted specific audiences. The cards were used as a means of creating new sales leads and also to create added sales to current customers. The company decided to experiment with customized variable printing on the cards where the individual cards were printed with data specific to the recipient. This allowed the company to add the recipient’s name along with special offers relating to their needs. The company found that postcard printing direct marketing was a low cost option that generated more leads than costly advertising or making cold calls.
